Lists the logged-in consumer's purchases across every entity, newest first. The consumer is identified by the Bearer token; the list is never filtered by a client-supplied account id. Pass the previous response's next_cursor as starting_after to read the next page.
Each purchase carries its purchase reference, fulfilment state and the payer-facing charge. The claim QR token is not in the list; read one purchase for it.
