Dynamic QRs have an expiry that is set upon generation, but can also be expired prematurely. Static QRs do not have an expiry also uses this endpoint to effectively disable it.

Expiring a QR will turn it's status from active into expired which will disable it's ability to receive any transactions. Expired QRs cannot be turned back into active state.
