Dashboard navigation
What you see when you log in to the PayMongo Dashboard, and where each tab in the left navigation takes you.
The PayMongo Dashboard is where you monitor payments, move money, and manage your account. This page covers what you see when you log in, and where each tab in the left navigation goes.
What you see when you log in
Logging in takes you to Home, where you can see your balance, your next payout, and recent activity.

Home has these parts, top to bottom:

Getting help
The support button in the top bar leads to as many as three places, depending on your account. My Tickets holds the support tickets you have raised, Premium Services covers your premium support arrangement, and Documentation opens these guides. See Customer support for how to contact support, and Track ticket status for following a ticket.
Why a tab is missing
The left navigation only shows what applies to your account, so your list may be shorter than the one described here. What decides which tabs appear:
- Which products your account has enabled. Tabs for products your account does not use stay hidden.
- Your roles. Each role grants access to specific areas, and some tabs need a specific role - Workflows needs the Account Owner role. See Roles & permissions for what each role covers, and Managing team members to change someone's roles.
- Protect access. The Fraud Management tabs always appear, but they do nothing until Protect is configured on your account.
- Linked accounts. If your account is part of a parent-child setup, that changes what you see. Payouts splits into All Payouts and Child Payouts, for example. See Linked accounts.
- Account type. Accounts set up as a non-business individual see only Home, Wallets, and Earned Wage Access, and their Home page is different from the one described above.
- Wallets or Disbursements. Money Movement shows one or the other. Accounts with Wallet access see Wallets; accounts without it see Disbursements.
- Beta access. Storefront, Invoices, Order & Pay, and Workflows need beta or early access enrollment, which you request from the tab itself.
