Online presence requirements to meet when you onboard with PayMongo.
Ensure your website or online presence meets the following requirements when you submit for onboarding with PayMongo and its partners.
Online Presence Options
Choose one of the following:
- Website (must meet all requirements below)
- Facebook Business Page (publicly accessible)
- LinkedIn Profile (available for certain e-wallets only — confirm with PayMongo support first)
Website Requirements
Your website must meet all of the following requirements:

| Publicly Accessible | No password protection or restricted access |
| Complete & Functional | Not work-in-progress, placeholder, or under construction |
| Pricing in PHP | Display price range in Philippine Peso (PHP) |
| Philippines Address | Physical address visible and located in the Philippines, matching your business docs |
| Terms & Conditions | Visible link or page (required) |
| Privacy Policy | Visible link or page (required) |
| Return & Refund Policy | Visible link or page (required) |
| Contact Details | Visible customer service contact information, email, or contact form (required) |
Not Accepted
The following do not qualify as valid online presence:
- App Store links (iOS App Store, Google Play, etc.)
- Password-protected websites
- Work-in-progress or placeholder sites
- Private social media profiles
- Social media profiles other than Facebook Business Page (except LinkedIn for certain e-wallets)
