Supporting Tools
Explore tools that help you manage payment activity and operations across your Payment Channels.
Supporting Tools are dashboard and API features that help you operate the business behind your Payment Channels, rather than collect payments themselves. Where Links, Pages, Storefront, and Invoices are how a customer pays you, Supporting Tools help you keep track of who paid you and what they paid for — consistently, across every channel.
When to use
Use Supporting Tools when you already use one or more Payment Channels and need to reconcile orders, manage fulfillment, or maintain a catalog across those channels.
Supporting Tools are a good fit when you:
- Need one view of customer billing information and payments from channels such as Links, Pages, and Storefront
- Need to reconcile payments and fulfill orders without checking each channel separately
- Want to manage a product catalog once and reuse it in supported channels, such as Storefront, Order & Pay, and Payment Pages
Supporting Tools are additive. They work in the background of your existing channels and do not change how customers pay.
Picking a supporting tool
Most merchants use both Supporting Tools when they run more than one Payment Channel.
| If you need to... | Use |
